  • CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL THE ORDER THAT I HAVE ALREADY MADE?

    The product can be changed within 7 days according to following issues.

    1. The product have been damaged during the delivery process.

    2. The product do not match with the order.

    3. We do not accept a return due to a personal issue.

    - How to change the product?

    1. Please contact us via phone on Monday- Friday 10:00-17:00 or e-mail us within 7 days after receiving the product.

    2. The product must be returned with original conditions, unused, unwashed with product tags.

    3. We will check the product that will be changed. If the product are under the standard, We reserve the right to cancel the return

    4.  If the new item is out of stock, we will refund your order. All refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-14 business days after the day that the product has arrived our warehouse and have been checked.


    - How to return the product to warehouse?

    1. Please attach the receipt with the product and send to (ที่อยู่ office sos) The products will be checked by the staff.

    2. The staff will contact you back within 3 business days to confirm returning process after the product has arrived to the warehouse.

    3. If the product do not match with the conditions, we will send the the same product back to you.

    We do not have pick-up policy. However, you are welcome to shop at all SOS & SENSE branches.
